Killing germs and odors without harming your birds is possible with these natural products. The following are what I use in my home and aviary:
Cleaning cages:
Thieves: This product is diluted with water and can be used for bird cages, and anything else needing cleaning. It kills bacteria naturally. I sprayed this solution on a very yucky bird cage, let it sit for just a couple of minutes, and sprayed it with a garden hose and the "yuck" sprayed right off!
Freshening/Purifying Air:
Purification Essential Oil: I diffuse this essential oil daily. It not only cuts odors, but it kills germs and purifies the air in your home.
Thieves Essential Oil: This oil can also be diffused in the home. It smells great plus kills odors and bacteria.
Essential Oil Diffuser:
Diffusing Essential Oil is not only healthy for your birds, but for your family as well. This is a wonderful essential oil diffuser. I use this daily in my home and it is not only functional, but pretty as well. My daughter loves the pretty colors it reflects off the ceiling!
